I’m a Civil Engineer with over 26 years in the construction and transportation industries in the Michigan area. Two years ago, I decided I needed a change after 18 years in state transportation. A friend put me in contact with Carolina. We talked about my experience and my goals. Carolina took my old, outdated resume and brought it into this decade.
