Being raised as a child in the Ferris State University community and my combined international experience, helped me see the demand and need for Human Resources-Bilingual International Services (HR-BIS).

Mi experiencia con un Resume o Currículo, es un poco diferente, ya que yo tenía un currículo elaborado por mí, pero la realidad es otra, las grandes empresas utilizan sistema de computadora para poder verificar tu información en contra del trabajo o el rol que se ofrece, por eso yo recomiendo que hacer la inversión en buscar a la empresa correcta que coloque las palabras claves y cree un flujo que puede mostrar una secuencia de logros y mantener al lector por varios minutos enganchado en tu currículo es clave y Carolina Puerta logro ese flujo y transición colocando las palabras claves con objetivos logrados, así pudo colocar mi currículo en el tope de los empleadores. ¡Tremendo trabajo!!!
